    Jeffrey F. Barletta, PharmD, FCCM is a Professor and Vice Chair of Pharmacy Practice at Midwestern University, College of Pharmacy in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Barletta is recognized as a Fellow of the American College of Critical Care Medicine and serves as a member of Council for the Society of Critical Care Medicine (SCCM). He also serves on the American Board of Internal Medicine, Critical Care Specialty Board. Dr. Barletta has published numerous peer-reviewed manuscripts and textbook chapters related to clinical outcomes with drug therapy in the critically ill or injured patient.
