    The NCS Podcast Series is partnering with the highly successful Pharmacotherapy of Neurocritical Care Series (PONS) in a limited release to cover pertinent pharmacological topics presented by experts in the field of neurocritical care.

    Dr. Mehrnaz Pajoumand, Co-Chair of PONS, is joined by Dr. Jessica Traeger to discuss her presentation in the Pharmacotherapy of Neurocritical Care Series (PONS), "Substance Withdrawal in Neurocritical Care."

    • Jessica Traeger, PharmD, BCCCP

      Jessica Traeger, PharmD, BCCCP, is a clinical pharmacist specialist for the Neuroscience ICU at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center. Dr. Traeger obtained a bachelor of science degree in pharmaceutical sciences followed by her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from The Ohio State University in 2012. She completed her PGY-1 pharmacy residency at the University of Virginia Health-System in Charlottesville, Virginia, and her PGY-2 critical care residency at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. Following residency graduation, she began her career as a clinical specialist in Internal Medicine before transitioning to neurocritical care. In addition, Dr. Traeger serves as the assistant program director for the PGY-1 residency program and as a primary preceptor for pharmacy students, PGY-1 and PGY-2 critical care residents.
